Return and Refund Policy

All prints are produced to order and made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items We take great care in packaging every order. If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@seanscottphotography.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at orders@seanscottphotography.com.auand we will make it right.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production has begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refunds Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
