Every piece is made to order - hand made in Australia, one print at a time. Because nothing leaves our hands until it's finished properly, please allow a little time for your artwork to be produced with care.

Framed Prints

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we prepare your artwork and begin the printing process on museum quality paper. This generally gets underway within a business day or two of your order being placed.

Production Timeline

Once production begins, please allow 5 business days for your piece to be completed.

Dispatch & Courier Collection

As soon as your order is finished, it's carefully packed and labelled ready for collection. To account for daily courier pickup schedules, please allow 1 additional business day after completion for your order to be collected and begin its journey to you.

In total: please allow up to 8 business days from your order date to dispatch, before delivery transit time.

Rolled Prints

Rolled prints are ready for dispatch within 3 to 8 business days of your order being placed.

If you're local, rolled prints can also be collected in person from our Burleigh Heads gallery - - just email orders@seanscottphotography.com.au with your order number to request pick up.

Delivery

Delivery transit times vary depending on your location. We'll send you tracking details as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey door to door.
