1. Giveaway Overview

This giveaway is organised by Ocean Art Australia P/L. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• This Giveaway is open to residents of Australia ONLY

3. Entry Method

• To enter the Giveaway, participants must purchase one of Seans limited edition ‘Flow’ images at a price of $1,200, reduced from $1,500
• Each purchase will grant the participant one (1) entry into the Giveaway, with a maximum of 1,000 entries available.

4. Prize

• The prize for this Giveaway is Sean Scott’s very own, Toyota 79 Series vehicle.
• The chances of winning the Prize are 1 in 1,000, assuming all tickets are sold.

5. Minimum Sales Requirement

• The Giveaway of the 79 series will only proceed if a minimum of 500 artwork frames are sold.
• If the minimum sales requirement is not met by the deadline of January 30, 2025, the Organiser reserves the right to conduct a draw for ten (10) limited edition frames valued at $1,500 or offer full refunds to the participants.

6. Refund Policy

• Participants who purchase a frame before the January 30 deadline are not eligible for a refund if they wish to receive their frame before that date.
• However, those participants will still be included in the draw for the backup prizes.

7. Draw Date

• The draw for the Toyota 79 Series will occur on January 31, 2025, if the minimum sales requirement is met.
• If the minimum is not met, the draw for the ten limited edition frames will occur on the same date.

8. Notification of Winners

• Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of purchase after the draw.
• The winner we be announced via a draw, live on the instagram account @seanscottphotography
• If a winner does not respond within 6 months, an alternate winner will be drawn.

9. General Conditions

• By participating, you agree to receive promotional materials from the Organiser. You can opt out of promotions at any time.
• All decisions made by the Organiser regarding the Giveaway are final.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may occur during the participation process.
• The Organiser is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Giveaway.

• No warranty or guarantee will be transferred to the winner of the 79 series and the vehicle will be transferred with a queensland road worthy certificate.
